OUTPUT: 180-200 portions/minut
PROCESS
DOSING: from vertical hopper, into double-head alternate pistons which dose de product into the pre-formed wrapping shells in the 10 station indexing table.
WRAPPING: traditional two foil wrapping. The foil is fed off two separate rolls:
A wide roll feeds the bottom shell
A narrow roll feeds the cover strip.
TEAR TEAP GROUP: tear tape attachment to enable easy opening of the wrapped portion
LABEL GROUP: complete with double magazine feed. The labels are applied centrally to the foil after the cut off position.

To put 8 cheese triangular portions in the traditional round box coming form machine FF 220/N
OUTPUT: 25 boxes/minute, in according to the production or FF 220/N machine.
PROCESSO
BOX FEEDING:
to provide for the feeding of the boxes, still closed, into apposite hopper only by an operator.
The follow operation of opening boxes, bottom feeding and closing bottom with lid, will be made automatically by the machine.
