The 250 TURAA machine is designed to condition different kinds of products.
Specifications
Completely enclosed execution. Drive of the movements grouped in oilbath gearcases lubricated each one.
Camshafts on ball bearings.
Closed cams for important drive movements.
All parts in contact with the cheese are made of first-class stainless metals, this to cope with the most stringent food laws. Closed construction, stainless steel framework with mechanical drive. Rotary table fitted with moulds.
Safety devices: no filling in case an aluminium shell is missing is mould.
Stopping of the machine if a lid is missing on a portion and preventing the gluing if a label is failing. Motor including brushless technology variable speed drive, with output range up to 200 portions per minute.
